Membership of the library service is free to all residents of the Bellingen and Clarence Valley Council areas.

• You can join at any library of the Clarence Regional Library service by presenting proof of your name and current address.
• There is no minimum age for joining, but those under the age of 15 years require a signature and identification from their parent or guardian.
• As a member you can access our collections at all of our libraries throughout the Bellingen and Clarence Valley areas.

When you join the library online you will be provided with a temporary borrower ID number which will allow you to make reserves, however you will need to visit your local library and provide suitable identification to pick up your membership card and fully activate your library membership.
