- Membership of Clarence Regional Library is open to all residents of the Bellingen, Clarence Valley and Nambucca Shires. Please refer to our Conditions of Membership , Circulation Policy and Schedule of Library Fees & Charges for more information.
- Clarence Regional Library holds a range of materials to suit the varied demographics of our region. These materials include general fiction, non-fiction, reference, talking books, and magazines across adult, junior, and young adult reading and interest levels. Of special interest are our Family & Local History Research, Legal Information Access Centre, and Health Information collections. Please refer to the Collection Development Policy for more details. Should you have a special needs requirement for foreign language material or you are restricted in gaining access to your local branch you can contact your nearest branch to find out if they can provide you with a Home Library service.
- Clarence Regional Library provides Reference Services to you through its Ask-A-Librarian, Inter Library Loan, and Readers’ Advisory services. In addition, Clarence Regional Library actively promotes community involvement in collection development through its Suggestion for Purchase program.
- As Library members you have free access to our Online Databases which provide current information on a range of areas including science, current affairs, literature and Australian Standards. In addition to these we also provide access to Encyclopaedia Britannica Online and Your Tutor for all your homework and assignment needs.
- An internet service is currently available free of charge to all library members in all branches of the Clarence Regional Library. A $3.00 charge applies to non-library members and visitors. Please refer to our Internet Policy.
