At 12:30pm, competitors will begin the judging process. Participants will be called up in allocated number groups of 10. There are two categories: Craftsmanship and Open Category. Each category will be managed separately using the same rotation process. For example, if there are 40 competitors in a category, the first 10 participants will be called to parade, followed by the next group of 10 once the previous group has completed their turn, continuing in sequence until all competitors have participated. 

Each competitor will be allocated a one (1) minute presentation slot to strut their costume during the parade. 

Note that this is a general patronage event, costumes must not be too revealing. The following items are not permitted as part of costumes or props: 

• Sharp or pointed metallic objects 

• Flammable or hazardous substances 

• Explosive devices 

• Projectile-based or weapon-style props 

The organizer will provide the background music. Special requests will not be available. 

Late arrivals may be unable to participate, as judging will proceed in scheduled groups.
