Need a hand with everyday technology?

Drop in for a FREE 15-minute tech help session with our library staff. 

  • Bellingen Library - Thursdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm
  • Dorrigo Library - Tuesdays to Fridays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Urunga Library - Tuesday to Fridays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Iluka Library - 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 10:00am to 12:00pm
  • Yamba Library - Mondays from 10:00am to 12:00pm
  • Grafton Library - Tuesday & Thursdays 10.30am – 12.30pm

We can assist you with:

  • Sending emails, attaching or printing documents and photos
  • Messaging from your phone
  • Adjusting phone settings like volume, brightness, text size and using emojis
  • Using library apps such as BorrowBox and Hoopla

Bring your device and don’t forget to have your passwords.
