Using the Library App allows you to:
- Carry your digital library card on your phone
- Renew your loans
- Manage multiple accounts – add linking for family cards
- Search and reserve titles from the catalogue
- Find upcoming library events
- Scan a book’s ISBN code, discover if the library has a copy and reserve it
- Download eBooks and search our Online eResources
- Find your nearest library, get directions and opening hours, phone or email your local branch
Troubleshooting
- Check for App Updates: Ensure the latest version of the app installed from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart the Device: Restart the device as it can resolve many issues. This involves turning the device off, and then turning it back on.
- Check Internet Connection: Verify the device is connected to Wi-Fi or has a strong cellular data connection.
- Log Out and Log Back In: If experiencing account-related issues, log out and log back in.
- Reloading the App: Open the My Account menu (hamburger icon in the top right corner of the home screen), go to Preferences, and tap Reload to refresh the app’s data.
- Reinstall the App: If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.
