If you’ve been exploring our shiny new Clarence Regional Library website and suddenly stumbled upon a friendly little ghost… congratulations! You’ve discovered our 404 page.
Before you grab the salt, sage, or call the Ghostbusters, let us reassure you: this is a harmless ghost, and it simply means the page you were looking for can’t be found.
A 404 page usually appears when a link is broken, a page has moved, or a web address has been typed slightly differently. With a brand-new website launch, a few digital cobwebs are perfectly normal while everything settles into its new home.
Click the home button (the library logo at the top of the page) or use the main menu to jump back to familiar territory.
Type in what you’re looking for — books, events, services, or your local library— and let the website do the hunting for you.
If you typed the web address manually, double-check for spelling or extra characters.
If you keep running into the same ghost, please tell us! Your feedback helps us squash bugs and smooth out spooky corners. At the bottom of every page the is a 'Was this page helpful?' feedback section. If you fill this with as much information you can muster, we can fix the issue quick smart!!
The good news? Our website is packed with new features, improved navigation, and easier ways to connect with your library — and we’re continuing to fine-tune things behind the scenes.
So if you spot our resident website ghost, give it a friendly wave, take a quick detour, and keep exploring. The stories, services, and surprises you’re looking for are never far away.
